West Palm Beach, Fla. – May 24, 2018 Templeton & Company is pleased to announce that Patricia McKay, Partner and Managing Director, has been elected as a member of the Orange Bowl Committee. The Orange Bowl Committee officially welcomed eight new Active Members for the 2018-19 year, who were elected at the March Membership Meeting. With the additions, the Orange Bowl Committee consists of 360 members.
The new class will play an integral role as the Orange Bowl will host College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl on Dec. 29, 2018, the 25th annual MetroPCS Orange Bowl Basketball Classic on December 22, 2018, as well as numerous other sporting events and community activities throughout South Florida.
“I am excited and honored to be joining the Orange Bowl Committee. With the annual Orange Bowl college football game, the OBC supports one of the truly iconic elements of South Florida, and then so much more within our communities. I am pleased to be able to continue that tradition of support and community engagement,” said Pat McKay.
Prior to joining Templeton, Patricia served as the Chief Financial Officer of Office Depot, Restoration Hardware and various finance roles at AutoNation including CFO. She also served on the board of Office Depot. She is currently chair of the Florida Atlantic University Foundation and is on the board of Holy Cross Hospital. A Miami native, Patricia received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and also attended Florida State University.
